The paper that I use is Strathmore 500 hot press and for blending I use tissue paper and cotton swaps

Thank you Armando. I will check out this type of paper. I too use cotton buds but I use a sock for large areas. Unfortunately I just had to smooth out my drawing in Photoshop because of the paper texture

Strathmore doesn't have texture. However the texture is part of the beauty of the drawing.

What would you recommend paper wise? I would like to have nice smooth finishes. Like you said about texture, I wouldn't mind a bit but I read it's hard to get the precision.

I use Opalina paper that I import from Mexico. I can't find that paper here in USA with that name. But is similar to what they use for wedding invitations.
